MY WORK
My work is rooted in helping you navigate your emotional and energetic bodies, shifting your awareness away from the limitations of the mind, and into the somatic and psycho-spiritual realms.
When we work with plant medicine, we gain access to more easily interrogate why certain beliefs, behaviors, and patterns persist so you become empowered to catalyze whatever change you’d like to see for yourself.
I help you to navigate your inner world with a balance of vulnerability and strength, calling attention to any blind spots that inhibit your full potential, and assisting you where needed. You will come away from this process more self aware and with a renewed perspective allowing you to access increased clarity, confidence, and ease.
This is your journey, I am simply your guide. I’m here to help you see yourself more clearly.
I offer personalized intentional plant medicine microdosing protocols and one-on-one integration support, incorporating a balance of somatic psychology, shadow work, internal family systems (IFS), and spiritual insight.

Everyone's path is highly unique and therefore personalized to be optimally supportive for you.
MY STORY
I came to this world a highly sensitive, emotional and inquisitive being. As a child, I faced challenging relational dynamics that hindered my natural expression, limiting my ability to navigate the world effectively.
In an attempt to cope, I exiled those parts deep inside of myself, and instead conformed to familial and societal demands for decades to come.
As the years passed, I grew more and more depressed, all the while unable to identify the true source of my pain. I felt disconnected from myself and the world around me. Despite the facade I put on around others, I was unable to experience joy or find purpose. Talk therapy provided minimal relief, and medication simply numbed me from the inside out.

In my early thirties, I attempted to change my environment and moved clear across the country to double down on my career as a corporate leader. I was an overachiever, a people pleaser, and an endless giver. By the world’s standards, I was successful. I had everything that was supposed to make me happy, yet I was empty.
I managed to deplete every resource I had to be in service to everyone but myself, in the name of acceptance, praise, status, and belonging. And then I burned out, my body said "no more." But I was stuck, I had no idea how to change something I was not consciously aware of. Despite an overwhelming sense of hopelessness, the spark of my intuition persisted - there was something yet to discover.

During a bodywork session shortly thereafter, I experienced intense emotional reactions to myofascial release. My body desperately trying to deliver the message that I had forgotten about the treasure I buried all those years ago.

My journey back to myself had begun - my light turned on and I became unrelenting in exploring every opportunity to free that version of myself, reintegrate her, and find personal peace.

I learned about the subconscious mind, how the body stores unprocessed stress and trauma, the anatomy of emotion, and how the state of our nervous system impacts the way we behave and relate to others. I discovered the healing power of psychedelic medicine and opened to a world I never dreamed existed - I could finally see more clearly. I began exploring what spirituality means to me, deepened my relationship with our precious earth, and adopted supportive, time honored practices from indigenous cultures and shamanic tradition. Most importantly, I met myself.
I believe humans are resilient and have an innate capacity to heal, and that with a certain will, precious life will find its way through stone and cracks, up concrete walls, and from darkness into tiny slivers of light.

Our stories are not a sentencing, but rather a direct line to freedom.

Tell me your story, and I’ll show you how to remember who you are.

TYPOLOGY
I often get asked about my various personality markers and I love learning about others in this way as well.
I'm all for systems that give us a deeper glimpse into who we are and how we operate. I lean in to what feels like truth for me, and leave the rest — no dogma, no absolutes.
